The vacuum is constant while tumbling, then the "Rest Period Cycle" allows the meat or product to return to its original size, letting the meat marinate This feature is unique to the TM series machines, to give extra quality to your product. The weight of meat, fish and vegetables is increased from 10% to 30% depending on the product. Preserving time for meat and fish will be from 1 to 2 additional days. Machine is simple and easy to use, Bowl assembly simply lifts
off the rollers and nylon chuck drive, open lid top fill with
beef, chicken or pork add your favorite seasoning brine and
place back on rollers. Then attach the vacuum hose to the
shut off valve on top of the lid, turn on the self enclosed
vacuum pump, close the valve, remove the hose, set the
timer and turn on the speed control to your desired settings
and that's all there is, 25 minutes later you have perfect
kabobs, tips or chicken breast ready for the grill or pre-pack
to preserve freshness for meat case sales.
